The bottleneck
The draft
| Section | What it does |
|---|---|
| Executive Summary | The whole picture in a few paragraphs, for the client who reads one page and skims the rest. |
| Key Findings | What the answers actually said, organised into themes rather than listed back question by question. |
| Strength Areas | What is working, named specifically enough to be useful rather than flattering. |
| Improvement Areas | What is not working, written to be read by the person it is about. |
| Recommendations | What to do next - the section clients quote back to the coach. |
The assessment behind the report? AI assessment templates covers building one once and reusing it with every client after this one.
The score
| The assessment covered | The report shows |
|---|---|
| One specialization | A pie chart of the client's score in it |
| Two or more specializations | A bar chart - one bar per specialization, each showing the client's percentage score in that area |
The flow
- 01
The client submits
Their answers become a draft report immediately: an overall score out of 100, a pie chart for one specialization or a bar chart for several, then executive summary, key findings, strength areas, improvement areas and recommendations.
- 02
The draft lands in your review queue
Marked Pending review, and not in the client's inbox. On their side the assessment shows an Under Review badge so they know the work is happening.
- 03
Check the scores against the answers
Click a bar on the chart to see that category's questions and the answers the client gave, so every number is one click from its evidence.
- 04
Edit manually or edit with AI
Switch to Edit manually to rewrite any section as text, or to Edit with AI to pick a section and tell the AI what to change - a softer tone, more detail in the recommendations. Only that section changes; every other section and your coach feedback stay as they were.
- 05
Roll back if a rewrite came out worse
Every version is kept from the AI-generated v1, so nothing you had is lost to a regeneration you did not like.
- 06
Add your coach feedback
A title and your notes. They appear at the top of what the client reads, above your logo and name, before the drafted sections.
- 07
Preview the client version
The same report written in the second person, so it reads as addressed to the client rather than about them.
- 08
Approve and send
Nothing reaches the client until you press Approve & Send. They read it in their portal and download it as a PDF.
The rule
The two modes
| Mode | What it does | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Edit manually | Every section becomes editable text. You rewrite, cut and add the way you would in any document. | You know exactly what you want it to say, or the change is a sentence. |
| Editing with AI | You pick a section and tell the AI what to change. Only that section is redrafted. | The tone is wrong, a section needs more depth, or a whole paragraph wants rewriting, and you would rather direct than type. |

Straight answers
No automatic sending.
There is no setting that emails a report to a client without your approval, and there is not going to be one. If you want reports to go out unread, this is the wrong tool.
No diagnosis or clinical interpretation.
A report describes what the answers said and recommends what to work on. It does not diagnose, screen or assess risk, and it is not a substitute for a licensed instrument or a qualified clinician.
No norm-referenced benchmarking.
Reports show your scores, not percentiles against a comparison group. There is no population data behind them.
No 360-degree or multi-rater reports.
A report describes one client's own answers. Ratings about a person collected from their manager and peers are not something Scorvia aggregates.
