    How it runs

    1. 01

      Name your specialization

Set your industry and the specializations you work in.

    2. 02

      AI drafts the questions

Written in that field's language. Keep, edit or throw out.

    3. 03

      A client submits

Their answers become a draft report in your review queue.

    4. 04

      You approve and send

Nothing reaches anyone under your name until you have read it.

    Three question types

Multiple choice, true/false and open text. Mix them in one assessment, and let a multiple-choice question take more than one answer when the question deserves it.

    Scoring where it makes sense

Give any multiple-choice or true/false option a mark, and the report carries the scores and the charts. Multi-select questions sum their marks. Open text stays unscored, because a paragraph is not a number.

    Conditional branching

A multiple-choice or true/false answer sends the client down a different path. A twelve-question assessment that adapts beats a forty-question one that does not.

    Drag and drop

Reorder, edit, delete. Keep the AI's suggestion, rewrite it, or throw it out. Nothing is added to your assessment on its own.

    Your own question library

The questions you have used before, offered back for the specialization you are building — drag one straight in rather than writing it twice.

    Preview, then publish

Read the whole set back with its scoring and branching laid out, and fix what reads wrong before anyone gets a link.

      Recommendations

    Edit any section by hand

Or ask the AI to rework just one — a softer tone for a nervous first-timer, more detail in the recommendations for a corporate sponsor. Only the section you pick changes; every other section and your coach note stay exactly as they were.

    Every version is kept

Roll back if the rewrite came out worse than the original. Nothing you had is lost to a regeneration you didn't like.

    Add a coach note

It sits at the top of what the client reads, above the AI's work, in your words.

    Preview what they'll actually get

Toggle to the client version — the same report written in the second person, so it reads as addressed to them rather than about them.

It is the reason the whole thing is safe to use with real clients: nothing reaches anyone under your name until you have read it. Reports carry your logo and your profile details, and clients can download them as PDF.

See it on your own assessment — start free

    The client side

    • Take assessments one question at a time

Saving and finishing later if the moment passes — their answers come back exactly where they left them.

    • See what's pending

Which assessments are waiting, with the note and the due date you set on them.

    • Read the reports you have approved

Sections, scores, charts and your coach note — and download the PDF.

    • Book a session from the report

Straight from the page they just read, into your real availability.

    • Work through your courses

Any modules you have published to them, with their progress tracked as they go.

    • Reports still sitting in your queue show the client an Under Review badge rather than nothing at all, so they know the work is happening.

    Scale

    Client Groups

Assign the same assessment to a named set of people at once — a cohort of trainees, a leadership intake, a department. You build it once and publish it once, and the reports come back individually drafted, one per person.

    A team behind you

A company account invites assistant coaches and hands each one the clients they look after — they work in the same workspace, on their own availability, and see the clients you gave them. Selling and pricing stay with you: packages are the owner's alone.

    The rest of the practice

    Sessions

Month, week and day calendar views. Availability set by session type and format, blocked time, private tasks, and reschedule requests you accept or counter-offer with a time of your own — plus a read-only history of everything completed.

    Packages

Sell sessions, courses or both, at a price you set. The session allowance runs 30, 60, 90 or 180 days from approval; included courses stay available for life. Clients request, you approve.

    Courses

Self-paced modules in text, PDF, video or audio — uploaded or linked — delivered through packages, with progress tracked per client.

    Feedback

Post-session surveys with star questions and branching, plus average rating, the full distribution, and comments split into positive and critical.

    Clients

One profile per person, holding their assessments, sessions, reports and plan.

    Your data

No model is trained on your content

The questions you write, the assessments you build and the reports you approve belong to your practice. Client records are private to your account, never shared between accounts, and never sold on.

What it does remember is narrow and local

Which suggestions you kept and which you dismissed, used to make the next batch more like your own writing. That is a preference signal, not a training set.

    Straight answers

    • No 360-degree or multi-rater feedback

Assessments go from you to a client. There is no way to collect ratings about one person from their manager, peers and reports and aggregate them into a single review.

    • No public quiz links or lead-capture forms

Assessments are for clients you have invited, not for anonymous visitors on your website. If you need a quiz funnel, you need a different tool.

    • No norm-referenced psychometric scoring

Questions can be scored and reports show scores and charts, but there are no validated norms or percentile bands. Scorvia is not a substitute for a licensed instrument.

    • No third-party integrations on standard plans

Booking and packages are built in. Integrations are available in white-label deployments.

    White label

Your brand, your domain, your pricing, with the source code available and the features your industry needs built to order. Deployment and training are included, and support stays with you afterwards.

    Pricing

Every coach account starts with a 14-day free trial of the whole workspace, AI included, with no card required. White-label is quoted against what you need.
