Question 1

How do I book a call?

Accepted Answer

Pick a time on the calendar on this page. The call is 30 minutes, it goes straight into your calendar, and there is nothing to fill in beyond your name and email.

Question 2

What happens on the call?

Accepted Answer

We work on your assessment, not on a slide deck. Bring a specialization you actually assess clients in and we will draft a question set for it live, so you leave the call having seen the product do the thing you would use it for.

Question 3

Do I have to book a call to try Scorvia?

Accepted Answer

No. The 14-day trial is open to anyone with no card and no setup call - you can build an assessment and read a report without speaking to us at all. Book a call if you would rather be shown, or if you have questions a trial will not answer.

Question 4

Can I email instead of booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is an email link on this page if a call is more than you need. Booking is faster if your question is really “show me how this works”, because that takes two minutes on a screen and a long paragraph in an email.

Question 5

What time zone are the slots shown in?

Accepted Answer

Your own. The calendar detects the time zone your browser is in and prints it under the dates, next to your current clock time - so you can check at a glance that the times you are reading are the times you would turn up at.

Question 6

I am asking about white label or a team account. Is this the right place?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and say so when you book. White-label deployment, a team account and a specialization that is not in the shipped list are all things worth half an hour rather than an email thread, and it means we can bring the right person to the call.
