    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scorvia platform, including our website, web application, mobile application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

    By creating an account, accessing, or using Scorvia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Scorvia on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

    By using the Services, you grant Fly IT Solution a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services.

    We do not sell customer data to third parties.

    8. AI-Generated Reports

    Scorvia may provide reports, summaries, recommendations, or insights generated using artificial intelligence.

    These outputs:

    • Are intended to assist users.
    • Should always be reviewed by qualified professionals.
    • May contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
    • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for professional, medical, financial, legal, employment, or business decisions.

    Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content.

    9. Industry Disclaimer

    Scorvia is a productivity and business management platform.

    Scorvia does not provide:

    • Medical advice
    • Psychological diagnosis
    • Clinical treatment
    • Financial advice
    • Investment advice
    • Legal advice
    • Human resource or employment decisions

    Professionals remain solely responsible for all services they provide to their clients.

    10. Data Security

    We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information.

    However, no online system can guarantee complete security. Users acknowledge that they use the Services at their own risk.

    11. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights relating to Scorvia, including software, source code, databases, logos, trademarks, graphics, documentation, and platform design, remain the exclusive property of Fly IT Solution.

    No ownership rights are transferred through your use of the Services.

    12. White-Label Licensing

    Customers purchasing a white-label version of Scorvia receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under their own branding.

    Unless expressly agreed in writing, customers may not:

    • Sell or transfer the software.
    • Copy or redistribute the platform.
    • Claim ownership of the underlying software or technology.
    • Remove proprietary notices.

    13. Availability

    While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    Scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical failures, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

    14. Third-Party Services

    Scorvia may integrate with third-party applications or services.

    We are not responsible for the availability, security, functionality, or content of third-party services.

    15. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fly IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of Scorvia.

    Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

    16. Suspension and Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if:

    • You violate these Terms.
    • Subscription fees remain unpaid.
    • Your use creates security or legal risks.
    • Required by applicable law.

    Upon termination, your right to use Scorvia will immediately cease.

    17. Privacy

    Your use of Scorvia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and protect personal information.

    18. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time.

    Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use of Scorvia after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
