The limits, stated
| The video feature | What happens |
|---|---|
| The recording | Your client records an answer on the question. It is transcribed. |
| What the AI reads | The transcript. Words only. |
| Facial expression | Not analysed. Nothing infers mood or state from a face. |
| Tone of voice | Not analysed. No stress, sentiment or emotion scoring from audio. |
| What reaches the report | The client's own words, feeding the draft the same way typed answers do. |
| Whether it is compulsory | No. Video is a question type you choose per question; clients can type instead. |
| Who reads it first | You. Drafted reports land in your review queue, not the client's inbox. |
Coverage
The build
- 01
Create the category
Set your field and the specialization inside it. This is what tells the AI who it is writing for, which is why the questions come back in your language rather than generic wellbeing language.
- 02
Let the AI draft the question set
A first draft you own outright. Keep what fits, rewrite what nearly fits, delete the rest.
- 03
Choose the answer type per question
Multiple choice, true/false, open text or video, where hearing it matters more than reading it. Mix them in one assessment and use conditional branching so a client only answers what applies to them.
- 04
Add your own questions
Anywhere in the set, in your own words. In this field most coaches end up with a mix, and that is the normal way to use it rather than a failure of the draft.
- 05
Invite the client
They get their own login and answer one question at a time, with progress saved so they can stop and come back — which for questions about sleep, drinking or stress usually takes two sittings.

Straight answers
No diagnosis or clinical screening.
Not a medical device and does not attempt to be one.
No validated norms.
Your assessments, not standardised ones. No percentile bands, no certification requirement.
No emotion or affect detection.
Including on video. Transcription only.
No automated risk flagging.
The software does not scan answers for risk or alert you. A human reads every report, and that human is you — design your intake and your referral routes with that in mind.
No public or anonymous links.
Clients are invited and answer under a login. Right for a paid engagement, wrong for an anonymous wellbeing survey.
The comparison
| What changes | A form tool | A video call | Scorvia |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes the questions | You | You, live | AI drafts for your specialization, or you write them |
| Spoken answers | No | Yes, but nothing written down | Video answers, transcribed into the report |
| Client's own time and privacy | Yes | No | Yes — saved progress, answer across sittings |
| Who writes the report | You, from an export | You, from memory and notes | AI drafts, you rework and approve |
| Comparing over time | Manual | Not really possible | Reassign the same set |
| Your time per client | An evening | An hour, then an evening | Review time |
Ownership
Deployment
Scorvia is sold hosted, white-label, and with source code available. Wellbeing providers, EAP operators and clinics generally take one of the latter two, because the assessment carries their name and because that is where deployment into an existing environment is handled. Built by Fly IT Solution.
