AI-Driven Plan Builder: The Plan a Client Works Through Between Sessions

The AI-Driven Plan Builder is how a coach sets out what a client should do between sessions. You build a plan for one client over a fixed stretch of time, from a week to a year, and send it. The client works through it day by day in the same calendar they book sessions in, and progress comes back to you as they tick each task off.

Most of a coaching engagement happens when the coach is not in the room. The client agreed to do something, and the next session opens with the question of whether they did.

The AI-Driven Plan Builder gives that work a home. It is a plan for one client, over a set length of time, that the client follows in their calendar and the coach watches fill in.

    The shape of a plan

What a plan is made of

A plan is made of goals. Each goal is something the client is working towards over the life of the plan.

Under each goal sit the things the client actually does. There are four kinds: a daily task, a video to watch, a session with the coach, or something to write.

That is the whole structure. Goals give the plan its shape; the items under them are what the client ticks off.

    The clock

    How long a plan runs

A plan runs for a week, a month, a quarter, a year, or a custom length up to 52 weeks.

Creating one takes two answers: who the plan is for, and how long it runs. The plan exists as soon as you have given both.

    Where a plan comes from

Three ways to start a plan

    • 01

      Empty.

You add the goals and tasks yourself.

    • 02

From a plan you have already sent.

Every plan you send becomes a blueprint for the next one, with the dates stripped, so a plan that worked for one client is a starting point for another.

    • 03

      From the first AI draft.

The draft is written from that client's own history, and it is a starting point you edit. It never writes dates and never picks a video; those decisions stay with you.

The AI drafts the shape of a plan. You decide when things happen and what the client watches.

    When it happens

    How tasks repeat

Each task can be repeated every day, on weekdays, on chosen days of the week, or a set number of times a week. Add a time of day if it matters: every Monday at 5pm.

A task can also be limited to weeks of the plan, so a habit introduced in week three does not appear in week one.

Some things are not habits. A one-off task stays on the client's list until it is done, rather than hiding until its deadline.

    Their side

    What the client sees

The client sees their plan as a calendar. It is the same calendar they book sessions in, so there is no second place to look.

They open a day, see what is due, and tick it off in one tap.

For any task, you can ask for more than a tick: a written note saying what they did, and a photo. Those photos are only ever served to you and that client.

That calendar is a feature of its own: calendar management covers availability, session types and how a client books.

    Time with you

Booking sessions from inside the plan

Sessions are part of the plan, so they are booked from inside them. You open your own month, pick a day, and book a slot.

If you have no availability published for that day, you can open new time there and then, without leaving the plan.

    Sending

Why a sent plan does not change

Once a plan is sent, it is fixed. Goals, tasks and dates no longer change, and from then on the plan only records progress.

The reason is simple: a client should never find that the plan they are working to has changed under them.

What stays live is everything around the plan. Reminder settings remain adjustable, and bookings, check-ins and progress all carry on.

    One at a time

    One active plan per client

A client has one active plan at a time. If you send a new one, Scorvia tells you first and offers to finish the running plan.

Finishing keeps everything the client did on it. Nothing they complete is lost when the next plan begins.

    Nudges

    Check-ins and reminders

Check-ins ask the client how it is going; on a cadence you set. The last one always falls on the plan's end date.

Reminders nudge the client about what is due.

Most of this stays inside the app. By default, only three things are emailed: the plan being assigned, a week-ahead summary, and the plan finishing.

    As it runs

What progress looks like on each side

What the coach sees and what the client sees as a Scorvia plan runs
    The coach seesThe client sees
Goals achieved and sessions doneOne progress number
Task completion and check-insWhat they last reported
A progress chart over timeTheir plan as a calendar, day by day
A card holding what the client wrote and photographedThe tasks due today, ticked off in one tap

The two views are deliberately different. You get the details you need to run the next session; the client gets one number and their own words back, with nothing calculated for them that the plan does not know.

    The flow

How a plan goes from blank to finish

Six steps, in order you meet them.

    1. 01

Choose the client and the length

A plan is for one client over a fixed stretch of time: a week, a month, a quarter, a year, or a custom length up to 52 weeks. Those are the only two questions, and the plan exists.

    2. 02

Start empty, from a past plan, or from an AI draft

Begin with a blank plan, copy any plan you have already sent, or ask for a first draft written from that client's own history. The draft is a starting point you edit. It never writes dates and never picks a video.

    3. 03

Add goals, and the work under each goal

A plan is made of goals. Under each goal sit the things the client actually does: a daily task, a video to watch, a session with you, or something to write.

    4. 04

      Set how each task repeats

Every day, on weekdays, on chosen days, or a set number of times a week, with an optional time of day. A task can be limited to particular weeks, or be a one-off that stays on the list until it is done.

    5. 05

      Send the plan

Once sent, the goals, tasks and dates are fixed and the plan only records progress from then on. The client sees it in the same calendar they book sessions in.

    6. 06

      Watch progress come back

Goals achieved, sessions done, task completion and check-ins, a progress chart over time, and a card holding what the client wrote and photographed.

    Reuse

Plans as blueprints, for you and your team

Every plan you send becomes the blueprint for the next one, with the dates stripped out.

On a team, colleagues can reuse each other's plans too. A teammate's plan shows only its shape and its author.

The title and the client's name are withheld, because plan titles name clients.

    Straight answers

    What this does not do

Being straight about this saves everyone a wasted trial.

    • No editing a plan after you send it.

Goals, tasks and dates are fixed from the moment a plan is sent, and from then on it only records progress. Reminder settings stay adjustable, and bookings, check-ins and progress all carry on.

    • No two active plans for one client.

One active plan at a time. Sending a new one tells you first and offers to finish the running plan, keeping everything the client did on it.

    • No dates or videos from the AI.

The AI drafts the shape of a plan and nothing else. It never writes a date and never picks a video; when things happen and what the client watches stay with you.

    • No proof unless you ask for it.

A task is one tap by default. A written note and a photo are asked for task by task, so a plan asks where it matters and stays one tap everywhere else.

    Yours

    Your plans stay yours

The AI-Driven Plan Builder is one part of the Scorvia workspace, alongside assessments, reports and the session calendar the plan books into. A plan, the progress recorded on it and the notes a client writes are held in your account and are not shared between accounts. Scorvia is built by Fly IT Solution.
