    Before anything else

    The difference

    The rule

    Coverage

    The build

    1. 01

Name the area you work in

Set your field and the specializations inside it — your own, in your own language. If the specialization you need is not there, you add it.

    2. 02

Let the AI draft the question set

Written for that specialization, not a generic leadership template with the words swapped.

    3. 03

      Make it yours

Keep what fits, rewrite what nearly fits, delete the rest, and add your own multiple-choice, true/false or open-text questions anywhere in the set. Conditional branching means a first-time manager and a divisional director can answer the same instrument without being asked something irrelevant.

    4. 04

      Score what deserves a number

Multiple-choice and true/false options can carry marks, and multi-select questions sum them, so the report carries scores and charts. Open text stays unscored, which in leadership work is usually where the actual finding is.

    5. 05

      Send it

The client gets their own login and answers one question at a time, with progress saved. Senior people answer these across two sittings often, and a form that loses their answers gets a rushed second half.

    The report

    What is in the draft

    1. 01

      Executive summary

    2. 02

      Key findings

    3. 03

      Strength areas

    4. 04

      Improvement areas

      Recommendations

More than one at a time

    • Client Groups assign one assessment to a named set of people in a single action — a leadership intake, a high-potential cohort, a whole management layer. Everyone answers individually and everyone gets their own drafted report, so fifteen people produce fifteen reports rather than one merged average nobody recognises themselves in.

    • If you work with associates, a company account lets you invite assistant coaches and give each one the clients they are looking after. They work in the same workspace on their own availability and see only their own clients. Selling and pricing stay with you — packages belong to the account owner.

    Across an engagement

    Straight answers

    • No 360-degree or multi-rater feedback.

One client, answering about themselves. Keep your 360 instruments.

    • No validated psychometrics or norms.

Your assessments, not standardized ones. No percentile bands, no certification requirement, and no substitute for a licensed instrument.

    • No public or anonymous links.

Clients are invited and answer under a login. Right for a paid engagement, wrong for an anonymous culture survey.

    • No automatic sending.

Nothing goes to a client or a sponsor without your approval. That is a design decision, not a missing feature.

    • No third-party integrations on standard plans.

Booking and packages are built in. Integrations are handled in white-label deployments.

Scorvia is sold hosted, white-label, and with source code available. Coaching firms and leadership development businesses generally take one of the latter two, because the assessment carries their name and their methodology. Built by Fly IT Solution.
