The change
The difference
Why it matters
Coverage
| Specialization | What an assessment in this area tends to ask about |
|---|---|
| Investment Advisory | Existing holdings and why they were chosen, what happened in the last downturn, time horizon, and the gap between stated and demonstrated risk appetite |
| Wealth Management | Whole-picture position, family and succession intentions, liquidity needs, and what the money is ultimately for |
| Financial Analysis | Income stability, monthly outgoings, where the surplus goes, and which months break the pattern |
| Tax Planning | Allowances used and unused, structure of income, timing decisions, and what the client currently does not know they are paying |
| Risk Management | Protection already in place, dependants, worst-case exposure, and the events the client has never priced |
The build
- 01
Pick your specialization
Set your industry and the specialization inside it. Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Financial Analysis, Tax Planning and Risk Management ship configured, or you define your own.
- 02
Let the AI draft the questions
The AI writes a first-draft question set in the vocabulary of that specialization, including the behavioural questions about spending and risk that a document template usually leaves out.
- 03
Make it yours
Keep what fits, rewrite what nearly fits, add your own multiple-choice, true/false or open-text questions, and branch the set so clients only answer what applies to them.
- 04
Send it to the client
The client gets their own login and answers one question at a time, with progress saved so they can stop and come back.
- 05
Review, add your note, approve
The report is drafted when you open it. Rework any section, add your advisor note above the AI's work, preview the client-facing version, and approve. Nothing reaches the client until you do.
- 06
Reassign it later to track progress
Send the same assessment again on a monthly or quarterly cadence. Because the questions are identical, the answers are directly comparable.

Recommendations
After the first report
Reassign the same assessment on a cadence.
Monthly, quarterly, or whatever the engagement calls for. Because the questions are identical each time, the answers are directly comparable, which is the only way to show a client that the thing they were worst at in January has moved. Keep the check-in set short and do not rewrite it, or you lose the comparison.
Use post-session feedback surveys.
Star questions with branching, giving you the average rating, the full distribution and comments split into positive and critical. This tells you how the sessions are landing, which is a different question from whether the client's finances are improving. Both are worth knowing.
If you are running a cohort — of a workplace financial wellbeing program, a group of new investors - Client Groups assign one assessment to a named set of people at once and return an individually drafted report for each person, not one merged average.
Straight answers
Not account aggregation.
No bank or brokerage connection, no live balances, no transaction feed. Clients answer questions; that is the input.
Not a suitability or KYC questionnaire.
There is no validated risk-scoring model and no regulatory alignment. Keep running your compliance process exactly as it is.
Not advice.
The AI drafts; every recommendation is written or approved by you before it reaches anyone.
Not a budgeting app.
There is no savings tracker and no spending dashboard. Goals are written into the report and agreed in the session - the diagnosis, not the daily ledger.
No public or anonymous links.
Clients are invited and answer under a login, which is right for a paid engagement and wrong for a lead-capture quiz.
The comparison
| What changes | A questionnaire document | A form tool | Scorvia |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes the questions | You, once, then edit forever | You | AI drafts for your specialization, or you write them |
| Client experience | A PDF to fill in | A form link | Own login, saved progress, report history |
| Who writes the report | You, every time | You, from an export | AI drafts, you rework and approve |
| Behavioural questions | If you thought to add them | If you thought to add them | Drafted into the set by default |
| Comparing month to month | Manual | Manual | Reassign the same set, compare in one place |
| Your time per client | An evening | An evening | Review time |

Deployment
Scorvia is sold hosted, white-label, and with source code available. Advice firms and financial education businesses generally take one of the latter two, because the assessment carries their name and because that is where deployment into an existing environment is handled.
