What is an AI video assessment builder?

A way to build an assessment where clients answer by recording themselves rather than typing. In Scorvia you write or draft up to ten questions, the client records a video answer to each one live in their browser, the recording is transcribed, and the transcript feeds the report the same way typed answers do. You review the report and share it when you are ready.

Does the AI analyse the client's face, voice or emotional state?

No. The recording is transcribed and the words are what the AI reads and what you read. Nothing infers mood from a face, stress from a voice, or emotional state from a recording. Video exists because people say more out loud than they type — not because the software is reading anything beyond the words.

Why is a video assessment limited to ten questions?

Because ten recorded answers is already a lot to give and a lot to review. A typed assessment can run to twenty questions and hold up; ten spoken answers of a minute or two each is most of an hour of a client's attention and a genuine listen for you. The limit keeps video for the questions that need it, and it keeps completion rates high.

Does the client need to install anything?

No. They record in the browser on the question itself, on a phone or a laptop, through their own Scorvia login. They will be asked for camera and microphone permission the first time, and nothing else.

Can a client type instead of recording?

A video assessment is answered by video, which is what makes the ten-question limit and the transcript work. If you want a mix of typed and spoken answers, build a standard assessment and choose video as the answer type on the specific questions that need it. Both routes are available; use the one that fits the client.

What happens to the transcript?

It becomes the client's answer. The report is drafted from it — executive summary, key findings, strength areas, improvement areas, recommendations — and lands in your review queue, not the client's inbox. You rework any section, add your coach note, and approve it before it is shared. The transcript is the client's own words, so what the report reflects is what they actually said.

Is my clients' video used to train an AI model?

No. Recordings, transcripts, the assessments you build and the reports you approve belong to your practice and are private to your account. They are never shared between accounts and never sold on. The only thing the system remembers is which question suggestions you kept and which you dismissed, so future drafts read more like your own writing.
