Transcription only. The AI converts what your client said into text. It does not analyse facial expression, tone of voice or emotional state, and it does not score anyone on how they look or sound.
There is a particular kind of answer you never get in writing. Ask a client to describe a week that went badly and a text box gets you two lines. Ask them to say it and you get the context, the qualification, and the thing they had not planned to mention.
Typing is editing. People watch themselves compose a sentence, trim it, and send the tidy version. Speaking is closer to thinking, and in coaching the untidy version is usually the useful one.

How it works

Write the questions yourself or let the AI draft a set for the specialization you work in, then edit, reorder and delete until the set is yours. A video assessment holds a maximum of ten questions.

Invite the client
The client opens the assessment through their own login. There is nothing to install on a laptop or a phone.

They see each question and record their answer live in the browser, in their own time.

The AI transcribes each recording
Speech is converted to text and the transcript becomes the client's answer. No facial expression, tone of voice or emotional state is analysed.

The report is drafted from the transcripts and lands in your review queue. Rework any section, roll back a version, and add your coach note above the AI's work.

The design principle is narrow on purpose: transcribe what was said and leave the interpretation to the practitioner.

Where a video assessment earns its place
First-session intake.
You arrive having heard the clients describe their situation in their own voice, rather than reading a form they filled in at speed.
Questions people under-answer in writing.
Anything beginning “describe a time when” or “walk me through what happened”. These are the questions a text box reduces to a sentence.
Communication and presence work.
When someone explains a thing is part of what you are coaching, a transcript alongside the recording gives you both the substance and the delivery - you watch it, not an algorithm scoring it.
Clients who would rather talk.
Plenty of people find a blank text box harder work than a camera. For them the completion rate difference is not small.
And where it does not: anything a client would answer more honestly in private text, anything you want scored and charted, and anyone without a quiet place to record. Use the standard builder for those.
The output
The report is written from their own words
Because the transcript is the answer, the report is drafted from what the client said rather than a summary of it.
Their phrasing, their examples, their hesitations where they matter.
It lands in your review queue. You rework any section without touching the others, roll back a version if a rewrite came out worse, add a coach note that sits above the AI's work in your own words, and preview the client-facing version of the same report written in the second person. Then you approve it and share it. Reports carry your logo and profile details and download as PDF.

Your clients' recordings stay yours
No model is trained on your content.
Recordings, transcripts, the assessments you build and the reports you approve belong to your practice and are private to your account - never shared between accounts, never sold on. The only thing the system remembers is which question suggestions you kept and which you dismissed, so future drafts read more like your own writing.
