A form builder collects answers and hands them to you; a survey tool shows a chart across many people. Assessment builder software such as Scorvia starts from your specialization, drafts the questions and the client report, routes the report through your approval, and keeps the assessment, the answers, the report, the plan and the sessions in one client record. From the client's answers, the moment they are submitted. The draft has five sections: an executive summary, key findings, strength areas, improvement areas and recommendations. Scored assessments add an overall score out of 100 and a chart. You edit any section by hand or ask the AI to redraft one section, add a note in your own words, roll back to any version, and approve. The client sees Under Review until you do.
It drafts it. You name your industry and specialization and the AI writes a question set in the language those clients use, with marks suggested on the closed questions. You decide which questions stay, what is scored, where a follow-up branches, and you save the result as a template. The AI never sends anything and never decides what the assessment is for.
